We are currently working with several large banks and asset management companies to provide REO services at a flat fee rates. We are looking for a few agents across the country to be affiliate broker/agents that will get exclusive REO listings through us and charge a set rate for listings in you area. This will not include the buyer side transaction rate, which will be preset by our clients.
